leg/feet pain natural solution :)

Have been having lots of leg cramps and foot pain ( prolly from heels? ) in addition to tons of water and exercise walking 30/45 min a day ( after work )  I am now spending my evenings with my legs/feet completely elevated in a recliner and for the past 3 night problem solved so far! Thought I'd share with our March Mommies!! ( due 3/19 :) )
