I've only been on the depo shot for 2 1/2 months now. I've been on birth control since I was 15 to regulate my period and help me with the terrible cramps I had. I started off on the pill unfortunately switching to the depo bc I bled for a month and a half. Now I feel like the depo is making me very depressed and anxious.. I wanted to get on the shot to also help me gain weight but I've done nothing but loose. I need someone's advice on what to do 😞
