Why 😂😂

Everytime me and boyfriend have sex i start spotting. And then i get little dots of dark blood. It goes away for a few days until i have sex again. And guess what happens. Yesterday i even started bleeding during intercourse. I'm calling my doctor tomorrow for an appointment. I think it could be my nexplanon implant but idk.
