Hi! I had a question related to hookups and how people think they affect relationships. I'm sort of new to sex and waited a while to have sex with my boyfriend because I wanted it to be special. We broke up a while ago, and I decided to hook up with someone a few months ago, and then a new person about a week ago. The sex doesn't really mean anything, and I am really worried that when I get in a relationship it still won't mean anything. I don't want to hook up with people any more, but is there a way to make sex seem special with a romantic partner after throwing it away with strangers?
