I used to get frequent UTIs because I can't ever stay hydrated and you know, that causes issues. After being diagnosed with chronic UTIs and my lovely mother telling me she had that issue at my age too and it just randomly stopped after 4 years, I tried making sure I cut back on bathing (as weird as it sound my Dr said I was clearing out good baterica bathing too much) and increase my water consumption. You're supposed to take it everyday but if I feel a UTI coming in I take it for a few days and it's gone. Saving my kidneys!
