uterus infection?

3 weeks post pardom and my uterus is so sore like it hurts to sit up is this normal? Heard a friek thing where a friend of a friend had a uterus infection didn't know it and now is in the hospital dying with a new born at home 😭😭😭 so of course I'm paranoid now 🙈
