Help Needed!

Hi ladies, whenever comes across this I hope that you might have an explanation for my issue at the moment.

I have had zero control over my bladder in the past 24 hours, I seriously cannot hold on to go to the toilet because it just goes, today at work I had to leave early because I accidentally pee'd my pants because of how bad it is. I was unable to make it to the toilet because it came out of no where....

I am sexually active, I do not have any infections, I'm due in about a week or two.

Please no judgement, it was awfully embarrassing... :(
