Hi guys, I need help.

Since June I have had some itchiness on my breast(just one of them). I already gone to 2 gynecologists and already did an exam. But everything was OK.

But yesterday my breast was swollen (PMS), and my breast whit itchiness was really aching and sensitive. And I noticed that was a kind of dry liquid on my nipple (a little transparent, a little orange, I don't know).

Could it be something serious? What it could be?
