Anyone had thrush yet? My one nipple is so itchy. I have been using washable breast pads, but they always seem to be wet, and don't feel dry like the disposable ones, so I'm wondering if that's what caused it. Is itchy nipples as the only symptom a reason to call the doc? The nipple is a little pink, but was before just due to still getting used to breastfeeding. Also, who treats it, will her ped treat us both or do I go to the OB or GP?!?!
