How many teeth do your 6 month olds have? My little has 3 on the bottom with one more coming, and 4 pushing through on the top!!! I used natural teething gel, camilia liquid, Tylenol and Motrin for bad pain and fevers. But he's only comforted for a little while. I don't feel his amber beads necklace does much help either. He hates pacifiers and teething toys so we're kind of stuck.
