Breast pumping...helppp.

My little love is 5 weeks old today (: I've been exclusively pumping since she is still in the NICU. This past week I can pump for 20 minutes and nothing else will come out but within an hour I feel so so full again. I'm afraid to keep pumping and getting an over supply. ... any advice?
