Hey guys!! So I skipped my period for 2MONTHS! I freaked out so much I even called my mom to tell her she might be having a grandson soon or something..anyways. I got my period(FINALLY) but now the cramps are to die for. Literally. I can barely sit up straight. Does anybody have any good natural remedies to treat cramps? I don't like taking aspirin or anything with acetaminophen because I have liver problem and I'm not allowed to. Please help a girl out?
