How much does giving up smoking help your chances when TTC? I'm talking about cigs by the way.

I'm not sure the facts on that, but I will tell you that my fertility doctor wouldn't even consider helping me until I quit smoking

Totally not trying to rub it in just giving my experience. I was a pack a day smoker and got pregnant my very first try. (Dont worry i have quit since i found out I was pregnant)

I was ttc for four months with no luck, so I quit smoking. It's been five months ttc very hard with no luck since I quit. :( I think it's supposed to help quite a bit, I read that smoking ages your uterus & can keep you from ovulating, but who knows, we all have seen smokers concieve kids easily!
