Confused 🤔🤔

So about a year ago, I was spotting exactly 7-8 days after my period ended. And I had cramping with it. I figured it was just a cyst that had popped and I would be ok. Well it happened one more time. Then I was fine and hadn't dealt with it since. Well it's 10 days after my last period and I went to the bathroom and it's like i had my period again. No cramps. No other symptoms of my period. Just some bleeding. Not a lot either. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? My period isn't due until about the 27th of November.
