I'm new here, and I'm lost!

Hi ladies! I'm going to keep this short! TTC #1 since December of 2015. No luck so far. Husband is getting a SA on the 23rd, and I'm getting blood work done 7 days after I ovulate to check thyroid and progesterone. Can anyone tell me what happened for them after that? I know everyone is different, and has had different infertility issues, but I have no idea what to expect here!
