Help me please

I'm 11 days late and now I'm having little bleeding is not as bad as a period and it don't feel like a period either. I took 2 pregnancy test but they both came out negative but I took them to early I think. I've been sick I can't stand of meat cooking anymore and been sleeping a lot. So I would like to know if I could be pregnant or not and when should I test again and I had a miscarriage back in July.
