Does anyone know of any DIY tricks for sore nipples?

I'm almost 4 days PP and I'm EP. My nipples are so sore and I was wondering if there are any diy things for sore nipples such as gel packs or something. 💕 thanks.

Coconut oil and let them air dry

I got a nipple shield (for other reasons) but it really helped with my sore nipples. I've heard Ice packs and numbing creams help too

Put some breast I'll on there every hour or so and let it air dry.  Works better than any nipple cream out there!!

Cold compresses feel great. You can also hand-express a bit of breast milk and rub it on your nipples--it works really well! As someone else suggested, coconut oil works, too.
