please help 😰

So, my period is 4 days late now and the day I was supposed to get my period I had unprotected sex, and they three days after, but I usually do. (My SO uses the withdrawal method and we are very careful like I make him pee before and he usually doesn't have precum) the thing is my last period was also 3 days late and my period has always been a little off. It seems like I'm PMSing and I have mini cramps so I can usually tell it's coming but it hasn't come. Usually I can tell the week before by the type of discharge and it didn't really change as I expected. Also around the time I was supposed to start, I would be extremely wet, like way more than I usually am when having sex (IDK if it plays a part) I really just want someone to reassure me if I should freak out or not.
