Mirena

So I've been worried about my period not coming bc it still hasn't came its been awhile now I've had the mirena for a year and 5 months period been kinda normal but always had them every month. This month I was suppose to start the beginning of this month and haven't yet. I'm so worried could I be pregnant with this birth control? Help please..
