bad smell

So it's been a few months since this has happened but I have a bad murky or fishy smell to my period even my discharge before my period my partner is complaining and idk wat to do I stopped douching with warm water I'm trying to drink more water as well as eat dairy products (his suggestion) but it hasn't seemed to work now he won't have sex with me without a condom and it's kind of embarrassing
