Soda During Pregnancy!
So, I've completely stayed away from soda during this pregnancy until recently. On the daily I've been having a Root Beer & seriously am feeling guilty. It has no caffeine & I bought the most natural brand, "Virgil's". It seems to help subside my 3rd trimester nausea & dizziness. Do any of you ladies still indulge in a little soda?
I'm 33 weeks pregnant.
* For those who don't live in the states & are unaware of what Root Beer is.. it's a carbonated soft drink with no caffeine or alcohol. I've had women attack me on a mom page for drinking Root Beer because they thought I was indulging in an alcoholic beverage. I was raised in a very strict Christian home. I've never had a sip of alcohol & never will.. *
