Any Advice Appreciated ...

Hey 👋 for the pass hour or so I've been getting really sharp pains in my vaginal area, some feel like they are coming from up my vagina but where it's hurting the most is like inside me but around the area of my pubic bone (where ya hair grows) but lower than my belly button if that makes sence. They keep coming and going and last for around 5-10 seconds. I finished my period a week ago so isn't period pains. I've not quite felt anything like it before and they are getting more and more painful. Any ideas? Some days I feel I suck as a girl I should know this stuff LOL! 😂😂 Im currently laying in bed with a hot water bottle bwtween my legs 😏😂
