Sparkling Apple cider Safe on pregnancy???

Holidays are around the corner, is time for some home made drinks, wine, etc, is time to celebrate, but is hard for us pregnant womans who loves wine but doing to pregnancy we cant drink it so i have a question, is Sparkling Apple cider safe in pregnancy??? I don't want to be looking at people glasses and crave for some wine so instead I'm thinking about buying a few bottles of sparkling cider just for me :) so is it safe????
