miscarriage back in august! bit worried now

So i miscarried on 2nd august! My cycles are normally 35-38days apart, got my first period back one the 12september and i missed octobers cycle! According to glow im ovulating this week, and i am having EWCM too and i had ovary pains a few days ago. Is it possible for me to be ovulating like normal now? Havent done an opk because I'll sens myself crazy 😩 is there hope for me FML 🙈
