Any ladies taken Zoloft 50mg while pregnant?

I'm on 75 mg of Zoloft. I saw several specialists before conception regarding my medication and all 100% agreed I should not stop or go down and that it is safe. Don't let others scare you. If your doctor says it's ok, you have to go with it. I saw several and they all said it was fine.

I've struggled with depression, anxiety, and panic disorder for years and I've been through the spectrum of meds. I've taken every antidepressant that's considered "safe" during pregnancy BEFORE I got pregnant and had bad reactions or no results. Zoloft did absolutely nothing for me and it gave me headaches. I stopped taking all of my meds cold turkey a month before I got pregnant. It's a daily struggle, but I've experienced firsthand how some antidepressants can react negatively with my body and I'm not willing to risk it. My depression and panic disorder has by no means given me any sympathy while being pregnant, but I will not be taking anything for it while pregnant unless I absolutely have to (suicidal thoughts, thoughts of harming the baby, etc). Of course, your body can, and will, react differently to it than mine did. They wouldn't have a "spectrum" if one thing worked for everyone. I will never look down on or try to talk anyone out of taking it, but I will tell my experiences and warn of possible negative effects. If you decide to take it, please be careful. Tell the people around you that you're taking it. Sometimes other people notice a change in your behavior or mood before you do.

I'm taking it. Been on it for about 2 weeks or so now. I wasn't on anything since about 6w before I got on Zoloft

I'm on Prozac which is a similar SSRI.

Absolutely not. No depression medication is 100% safe. I was on anti-psychotics and mood stabilizers before pregnant and with each pregnancy (I have two boys, and am currently 16wks 3 days) I stop taking my meds the moment I find out I'm pregnant. There's way to many cases of severe problems caused by these kinds of medication. The number of lawsuits against Zoloft is terrifying.
