I am on the contraception injection and I have been having a brown coloured period and it started going red like normal two days and today Iv been in pain so when I come home and go the toilet this was on my pad. Can anyone please tell me what this is ?

Maybe uterine lining? Just in case you should see your dr. Do you still have the sample? They can see if it was a miscarriage

It's the lining of your uterus shedding. Brown is old blood, it's really normal to clot like this when you're on hormonal birth control.
