cramps??

I'm 36+3 and having period like cramps both back & lower abdomen.. no consistent contractions that I can tell and nothing else.. should I be worried?? 😐

I've been having the same thing today as well. And feeling sick on and off all day too. I'm 36+3

Same thing going on here... unless you have consistent contractions, nothing you can do. Take Tylenol, hot Epsom salt bath, and some heating pad to your back
