hot glue on baby bottle??

Question

I spent like $20 on only three bottle because they looked awesome. Curved for up right feeding and me and baby overall liked them. Now, they start leaking through the little vent hole things and I closed it with hot glue and then realized.. I don't know if it's safe for my baby to drink out of. Does anyone know whether it's non toxic or if it's even worth trying to fix the nipple with the risk?

If you're talking about the playtex ventaire where the bottom peice has holes there is a silicone stopper that goes there. It shouldn't be leaking at all. I wouldn't use glue...

I would buy new bottles, and if you cant afford the same ones buy cheaper but i would be too scared to put glue.

No, not safe. You should t be using glue on baby bottles. 
I have the Playtex ventaire bottles that screw on bottom with a silicone stopper inside. You have to make sure all pieces are completely dry before screwing on, otherwise it will leak. I thoroughly dry all the pieces with a paper towel before filling with milk.
