TTC and not let little things get me down

My husband and I are TTC and I know that these things take time but we have been trying since September and lately I have been feeling sick almost all the time I am also exhausted constantly and when it was time for me to take my home pregnancy test they all came back negative we are making a pre conception appointment I just need some good vibes put out there and maybe some advice? Thank you
