Im 18 and half weeks and i randomly get pain in my stomach and just a few minutes ago i had this really weird feeling in my stomach. It felt like my stomach flipped maybe it was the baby. It happened when i was trying to take some pain off my back by laying on some pillows so my stomach wasn't touching the bed and thats when it felt it flipped. Is that ok? And the random pain is it just the baby moving and i cant feel it yet? Im only 18 and a half weeks and this is my first child so im taking every precaution i can
