Can't sleep for the life of me!

My skin is so incredibly itchy (I have eczema) but it's usually only on my arms and legs. But tonight I've been scratching my face, scalp, shoulders, chest and the crease of my armpit. I've put cream on it and I've also tried water on a cloth to try and soothe it but I just can't stop scratching!! I have work in a few hours and I've not slept a wink 😧 I don't even know what to do and I'm starting to get really upset and frustrated because of how sore my skin is
