What did you tell your toddlers?

Ok so I'm stumped 🤔 my 5 year old daughter keeps asking if her brother is inside my stomach how is he going to get out of there? She's the type of kid that I give her an answer and she will come back in 20 minutes saying wait a minute that just doesn't make sense. As if she's been contemplating the whole time what I just explained to her. I just keep telling her the dr is going to take him out some how lol just curious what you ladies have told your other children about birth??
