Pregnant

I missed my period I was getting worried so I told my bf I was late and he said it's not his fault and I decided to take a test the next day because a friend kept telling me too to make sure if I was so right now it's 5:21 am and I woke up at 4:00 am because I really had to pee so I decided to take the clearblue digital test and it came positive and said 2-3 I was shaking getting scared because I'm only 16 and I'm still scared right now idk what to do? I have to go to school in an hour or two
