HCG 500 Calorie Diet
I have to tell people about this diet!
Im a plus sized woman, i wear a size 24 and im 5'7". I have always been a big girl and my eating was out of control. My bf told me a couple months ago that i had started snoring and i freaked. I had to go something about my weight. Im the heaviest I've ever been in my whole life. I had a baby last September and after he was born i lost weight really fast but overthe last year I've put on about 45lbs. Well 3 weeks ago i decided to start the HCG diet. You take drops 3 times a day and only eat 500 calories per day. It sound crazy but its really not that bad. The first few days are hard but once you get going your good. Now, over the past 3 weeks i have been doing this with MINIMAL exercise and I've lost 20lbs. Losing 20lbs is nowhere near my goal but it has helped my snoring a lot and i have more energy. For the next 3 weeks i do the mantinace phase or the diet where i stop the drops and continue 500 calories a day. The right after that i start round 2 of the drops.
It really amazes me at how well this diet has worked for me. Im changing myself for my son. I lost my mother at 5 and i dont want him to go through that.
