why does my mirena hate me 😩

I just want to love it! I've been bleeding 60 days straight since my iud insertion. My wedding is December 30th and my doctor has been trying to help me stop the bleeding before it. She's given me a low dose estrogen pill that didn't work and now I'm on a stronger pill for 10 day and I'm halfway through it and still bleeding!! She says at our follow up appointment after I finish my pills if I'm still bleeding then we'll take it out and put me on a pill to stop bleeding through my wedding. I don't want my mirena removed I just want it to work with me!! What else can I do to stop bleeding??
