what does baby movement feel like?

I am 20 weeks and think I may be starting to feel baby move for the first time! Or it may just be my stomach lol Can anyone desceibe what I feel like ?

When my baby kicks the best way to describe it for me is if you take your tongue and hit the inside of your cheek with it quickly!

I've always described it as a gurgling feeling or that rumble you get when you have gas before it passes. 😂

At first for me it felt like bubbles popping. It was very infrequent for me at first, like every week or so. Last night it was definitely stronger and felt like little kicks and I've felt movement more often this week. I'm 19w1d today

For me it's like tapping from the inside, not very hard or noticeable, at first I thought it was gas but it was daily so I started to think it was. Now if I feel the tapping from the inside my hubby can feel it on the outside so it definitely is the baby!!

I started to feel poppping at 16 weeks off and on. At 18-19 it was like muscle spasms and now at 20 it like strong spams to a someone is kicking me from inside.

This is my first pregnancy, 17+5 today. I have had little movements that feels like when a nerve is twitching. They are always low down and nowhere else so I think it's baby moving!

The feeling seems to be different with every pregnancy. I noticed the movements with my first baby quite late (28 weeks) and it felt like the wings of a butterfly. 
My second I noticed at 22 weeks the feeling of a moving fish. 
My third i felt at 21 weeks, like gas drops tickling my inner belly. 
Now my fourth, I felt her at 15 weeks (I'm 18 weeks now) as if what is below my belly is turning around and moving around. I'm even getting kracks this time which I didn't have before? The doctor says it happens sometimes and is nothing to worry about, they just don't know what causes the kracking. I have to say that number 4 is really strong and moveable, the doctor has difficulties following him/her on the screen.
