Similac alimentum

Would you recommend Similac alimentum and why? I'm hearing the new can is horrible.. Need to know before I switch.. My son has bad spit ups and reflux and is fussy through out the day. Last night I gave him Similac sensitive and he woke up with a rash all over his body. I'm so sad Idk what to do.
