omg omg omg am I pregnant finally?!

I have been trying to get pregnant for 16 months with my first child. My period have been irregular, but more regular lately when I found out I have PCOS and take metformin daily. Now that my periods have been more regular, it was supposed to come today and hasn't so I took a test and I'm pretty sure I see a faint line. I'm starting to freak out of excitement since I've never seen a faint line... but am I wrong? Am I pregnant? Obviously I'll retest tomorrow too, but I just hope so much I am. I
