Hubby and I are trying to get an appointment for a fertility specialist. I know the costs of treatments and tests vary but can anyone who has gone to a specialist tell me how much it cost. Costs for consultation, different tests, etc.? Did insurance cover none, some, all of it? If you and your SO have different insurance plans did they require you to provide one or both?
