We had a c-section at exactly 31 wks with our twins.  The maternal fetal specialist had been monitoring their umbilical artery and they were getting decreased blood flow.  So on 11/10 (which is also my husbands bday) we had our babies.  Wyatt Scot was 3 lbs, 5 oz and 15.5 in long and Grace Evangeline was 2 lbs, 13 oz and 15 in long.  They are currently in the NICU and doing great.  We got to hold them yesterday with kangaroo time and they are being fed my breastmilk which is already plumping them up.  Our cup runnenth over with love.
