Usually that just means nothing should go in your vagina

Orgasms can cause uterine contractions which also could be something your OB wants you to avoid. Best to ask what exactly you are supposed to avoid

Did they say pelvic rest? Usually if they say no sex it's for a reason and you shouldn't have have sex or an orgasm.  I would call your dr and clarify before doing anything.
