Kegel excercises - help?

Is it best to do these "mid-flow" or when you're not peeing at all? Was told mid flow but since been told
This can cause a urine infection? 🤔

Dont actually do them while ur urinating. It can cause you to get an UTI or bladder infection. Just do it when ur done going so you can identify what muscles to squeeze. Then you can do them anytime.

I think the only reason to do them when you're actually peeing is to learn and identify which muscles to use. After that you should just do them any time.

I think you can do them whenever. And I think iys only bad to hold your pee in and not go at all I don't think stopping and starting hurts anything

I don't really do them at all... No issues so far and I'm on #3
