Is this normal? (TMI)

So I'm only 13 turning 14 in December and I've had my period for almost 2 years now and it's very irregular when I first gotten it in October of 2015 things seemed normal up until may and April  when I skipped it completely...now that July-august it been happening every 2 to 3 weeks and would last for 6-10 days ...but it hasn't been a heavy flow .now to today...it seems like it went to how it was when I first gotten it back in October but it's really heavy *sorry about the pic*  and it's only been 3 hours since I've changed ...Is this normal

Yup normal ! Still happens to me! Those look like panty liners , if you're comfortable switch to tampons or get long absorbent pads for heavy flow

Honey, wear a pad. It works better! If you feel a little insecure about your period and how's it going, then go to your doctor. I don't see anything wrong in what you said. Your body is changing a lot right now. When I first got my period I was very irregular, then through time it got regular. Don't worry!

Please read before you comment 'is that a panty liner etc..' I know that I should use pads..but with my "normal" period days it's really light on the first two days so I would fine with a panty liner ...this is really the first time is ever been so heavy on the first day so I wasn't suspecting it

You need pads, not liners. They'll hold a lot more blood. And your period will keep changing until you're fully done with puberty.

It's normal to have an irregular period when you are young and still going through puberty. It seems weird and annoying but it will normalize after awhile. As for the heaviness, use thicker pads with a higher absorbance and change them more often if you know you have a heavy flow. Hang in there, girl!

it is normal. your body is changing and getting into a routine of some sort. I'd always wear a pad, each period, they are pretty sneaky when it comes to how heavy your flow will get. just let your guardian know you need pads instead of liners and you should be all good ! :-)
