how long does it take to regulate hormones after a miscarriage?

I tested last week and got two strong positives. I kept testing and my lines started get more and more faint so I kind of prepared myself for this. We want to start trying as soon I'm done with this. I was 4 weeks along and started to miscarry today. What supplements did y'all take to help?

Anyway advice would be great!

With my first miscarriage it took 7 weeks for my period to come back. With my second it only took 4 weeks. I didn't take anything during, just drank a lot of water and slept. I'm sorry you're going through this :(
