HELP?!?!!?

Im 15 and having this discharge almost like white glue.... its a sticks dried up consistency. My period according to eve is a week late and its day 38 (I've ranged from 24-35 days) i had sex but he used a condom, he pulled out, i wasn't fertile, and he didn't finish at all. Does this mean im getting ready to start? My vagina feels tight hard and i think my cervix is low. Ive had light cramps thinking im starting but im still scared. Someone please help me!!
