uti/yeast infection/bladder infection missed period!

Hey y'all I'm new to this group so I'd like to say hello ladies!!! I have a question and I know it may seem the typical am I pregnant question but I'm just not sure if I want to make an appointment just yet. So here's the run down. I was treated for BV 10/19 then treated for what I thought was a yeast infection 11/04. Well that wasn't clearing it up. Went to the doc 11/09 and found out it was a uti and bladder infection on top of all that.(party in my pants!) So I was treated for all that. Well my period was due to start 7 days ago. Also when I started taking all these lovely antibiotics. While taking the meds I noticed spotting during Friday and Saturday. But not a period. I am on the pill. No I don't follow the perfect schedule. And no the boyfriend and I are not careful. (No lecture please 😊) I'm just wondering if any of y'all have had this happen and what was your outcome? I also haven't started my next pack til I know what's going on.  I did  a pt yesterday and it was negative. Thanks y'all!!
