My boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex for awhile now and he rarely pulls out. There is a chance I could be pregnant but I haven't taken a test and I'm not due to get my period for another week. Anyway, today I started having weird lower abdominal pain. It's a constant, dull pain and doesnt feel like normal mentrual cramps. I just used the bathroom and noticed a small amount of blood on my underwear. Could it just be my period or could I be pregnant? I didn't think spotting happened early in pregnancy?
