1 month and 20 days postpartum

Hey guys I'm 1 month and 20 days postpartum and my husband and I had sex about every other day or so after my bleeding stopped and we did the pull out method like we always did before (that's not how I got pregnant, this baby was planned) and then the bleeding came back which I'm pretty sure was my first period but then it stopped and I was all happy then the next day I see a bit more light pinkish blood that went brown and this never happened to me before only when I got pregnant but I bled a little less and I also felt a stinging pain in my lower belly and for the past 4 days I've been throwing up I know you guys won't know if I'm pregnant or not and i have to test and I will but I just want to know if anyone is in the same situation and is actually pregnant.
