I think that is pin worms, they won't harm you but they are very contagious. Usually passed on by someone with bad hygiene when they touch something and then someone else touches that spot. The doctor will prescribe you with some medicine and you take it and it should clear up shortly after.

It's pinworms guys. Not maggots or worms haha. Go see a doctor and treat everyone that is in your house. It's very contagious but not harmful. Just a pesk.
