anyone else hate the 2WW?? here's something I wrote to help my husband understand
There's more to making a baby than meets the eye,
The two week wait is hard to describe,
Your hormones are all over the place,
As you try to hide the emotion on your face,
Two weeks to wait until you can test,
14 whole days whilst your head is a mess,
Is that a twinge that I can feel?
Are our dreams going to become real?
All we can do is sit and wait,
Whilst Mother Nature decides our fate,
Surely it must be our turn next,
Another baby to love of any sex,
We have so much love to give,
That we forever remain positive,
Waiting for those two lines to show,
In the hope we can make a new life grow ❤️💙
